1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User") who uses the oklv3 platform and its services. Accessing oklv3 via the website, mobile version or any other channel is considered full acceptance of these Terms.

oklv3 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption technology and operates under a fair play policy.

1.1 Scope of Application

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address and other identifying information provided at registration must match real identity documents.
• The payment method used on the account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer) must be registered in the user's own name.
• Using false information, another person's identity or a fictitious name is strictly prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are operated from the same device or the same IP address, an investigation will be conducted and the accounts may be closed if necessary.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

oklv3 may at any time request relevant documents to verify a user's identity, such as a national identity card, passport or a photo of any government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Sharing your password with others or allowing a third party to access your account is prohibited. oklv3 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a compromised password.

3 Age Restrictions

By registering on oklv3 and using any of its services, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation, which will result in immediate account closure and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

oklv3 is committed to protecting minors. Parents and guardians are requested to use appropriate parental controls to prevent their underage children from accessing this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on oklv3 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to one registered in the user's name.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
• In the case of suspicious activity, oklv3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on oklv3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

oklv3 is fully committed to preventing money laundering and combating financial crime. If any user's transactions appear suspicious, an investigation will be conducted and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated alongside the offer.
• To withdraw using bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will be considered bonus abuse.
• oklv3 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Bonuses are only usable on the oklv3 platform — they cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The oklv3 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

If the cashback amount is not used within the specified period, it will be considered void.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on oklv3 operate under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be displayed in the game interface.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, oklv3 will refund the bet amount.

6.2 Game Result Disputes

If a dispute arises over a game result, oklv3's support team must be notified within 72 hours at [email protected] or via live chat. After investigation, oklv3's decision shall be considered final.

6.3 Server Outages and Technical Issues

oklv3 is not obligated to provide any compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. However, it is ensured that no bet funds will be lost during such periods.

7 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities listed below will be considered a serious violation of oklv3's terms and may result in immediate account closure along with forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting, or by circumventing, the bonus conditions.
• Playing games using bots, software or automated methods.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing or any other illegal means.
• Attempting to manipulate game results or odds.
• Operating an account in the name or identity of a third party.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Misconduct, threats or harassment towards other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by oklv3

In the event of a terms violation, oklv3 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. The decision to return or forfeit the balance will be made based on the severity and nature of the violation.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please submit a request at [email protected] or via live chat. Be sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. The balance of a closed account may be forfeited after a specified period.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive and oklv3 reserves the right to impose a maintenance fee.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

oklv3 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. The information we collect is used solely for account management, identity verification and improving service quality.

10 Limitation of Liability

oklv3 is an entertainment platform. Financial risk exists in gaming and betting. oklv3 bears no liability for the following:

• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting.
• A game session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• The user's own password or login details being disclosed to another party.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruption caused by uncontrollable events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government directives, etc.).

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be referred to resolution through discussion.

11 Responsible Gaming
